Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The behavior analyst is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments. The BCBA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for the clients on their caseload.
Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
The Assistant Behavior Analyst is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments, under the supervision of a certified BCBA. The Assistant BCBA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for the clients on their caseload.
Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is primarily responsible for providing direct care to the individuals that BBH serves. The RBT operates as a direct care staff member with a direct reporting relationship to a BCBA and is directly accountable for the consistent implementation of the interventions laid out in the behavior support plan (BSP) created by the BCBA. The RBT works closely with the lead BCBA and other staff to ensure that the client is able to achieve the behavior goals set forth in the BSP. The RBT works with the BCBA to provide the highest quality client services possible by the organization using any obtainable resources.
